"Discovery Labs (Nasdaq: DSCO) 17.2% LOWER; correcting following an 89% surge so far in April prior to today. Notably, shares of DSCO have not closed in negative territory so far this month. The stock is seeing extreme volume." That is the only thing I have been able to find......got this from Schwab, but doesn't explain why the stock traded as low as $1.27 this morning...........volume now over 7.2 million and appears there aren't many buyers at hand.
