Was looking at the 12 month SRS chart this morning and I am sure you have a lot of burnt company. It's down 70% in five weeks. On the flip side, looking at the chart and realizing what is really happening with real estate strongly suggests the stock is at/near a bottom. Housing recovery my a$$! Could someone refresh my memory and post how many renegotiated loans defaulted immediately? How many properties are in default and the bank hasn't foreclosed? How many properties have the banks declined to take possession of?
