I read my local paper online every day, and sometimes buy a copy on Sunday. It's been posting some nice volcano pics lately. I was down on the coast about the time this was taken and it was a magical sunset, dead calm at high tide with a beluga whale nosing thru the ice floes... Redoubt volcano pumps out steam and ash in the sunset light Sunday evening, viewed from Anchorage. April 5, 2009 P.S.
