The Bush Defense budgets (all of them... including the one that we are operating under right now) are CONCRETE. The numbers are ACTUAL. Solid. Real.

They are BUDGETED, APPROPRIATED, and already spent (except for the current one) and in the History Books now.

(It is just that we have the new first Obama proposed budget's numbers now... but we can't really do any kind of 'comparison' at all until/unless you point to what you want to compare it to....)
