Waterboarding causes a person to think they are drowning and about to die which clearly causes mental pain and suffering.

It causes fear of death. The same fear of death that people jump out of airplanes and tall buildings to experience for the thrill. So is it suffering or a thrill?

Waterboarding causes a person to think they are drowning and about to die which clearly causes mental pain and suffering. There is no question waterboarding meets the UN Convention definition of torture.

There is no question, either, that Bush had appropriate legal counsel on the matter and acted responsibly.

The real question people ought to be asking is why this idiot Obama released this information. This is one of the most grossly incompetent actions I've seen a president take since Carter fired the CIA.

As far as I'm concerned it is treason. Providing aid and comfort to the enemy. This president is working for the other side.
