amazing what signing $100M in free agents can do.

Though winning each and every game it took to get to win the Series, can not be bought, it must be earned, with a little help from Lady Luck no matter who wins.

Also amazing, the Marlins payroll is less than that of any team they played to get to the Series.

Also consider that last years the top Formula One Driver Michael Schumacher was paid $25 Million +, and with endorsements, etc. grossed over $85 Million.

The World of Sports today is not cheap, thanks to the almighty Advertising Dollar$.

Huzienga (sp) made an inrteresting statement while accepting the seriees trophy. He said the Marlins payroll was lower than any of the teams they beat. Is this true? All you ever hear about is all the money he spent.
