For Anderson Cooper to play up that joke was highly inappropriate. That wasn't reporting the news, that was cracking an immature frat-boy like joke.

I don't think AC knew he made a joke. He would have laughed. That's why I didn't get it.....until it was brought up here.

Sometimes, cynical Ten, people make statements and don't realize the double entendre.
