It's a culture problem at treasury. They can't help it. They survived this long w/ their silly laws and statutes and now trapped by them. It all appears ridiculous to everyone but treasury.

he didn't talk about the geithner's public flogging with a toxic whip plan. i think that's a sweeeeeet deal for the banks and will put america in bankruptcy.
