It's that damn TD again, I'm sure of it. If I'm wrong, it looks like another very large holder or 2 is determined to be out before the decision is announced. It crossed my mind that DSCO has a strange financing in place whereby they can "put" stock to an investor at a discount to the market. Maybe that investor is part of the selling. But I don't see why DSCO would need the cash before the approval is announced, unless they aren't too confident about the decision. Just wondering out load here, I didn't go back to look at the specifics... fred
