yesterday at the caravan one ditzy agent had printed up and passed around an article from Business Week titled "Signs of Life" or some such crap. The agents were all cheering and laughing like it was VR day(Victory over Recession). No mention of the 46% rise in national foreclosures, no mention of the 503% rise in Hawaii foreclosures.

Realtors by and large are a sick joke. Two in particular were claiming the market had turned therefore their sellers were raising their listing prices. lol!

Politicians are worse but realtors are sure trying to claim the title of biggest liars in a profession.
