I want to go to Cuba too! I almost went once, from Jamaica when I was on vacation. At that time they didn't stamp your passport if you were from the US so you wouldn't get arrested coming back in. I think you can still get trips going through Mexico and other places. My parents went there on their honeymoon when it was sin city. If it opened up I bet there would be a lot of medical tourism.
