If Clinton is going to take credit for the economic boom during his administration, he and his fellow Democrats might as well take responsibility for legislation he signed during that boom.

It's one of the reasons why Clinton is right up there with George W. Bush and Alan Greenspan in the top 20 people responsible for the mess.

Of course, Clinton vehemently disagrees. Probably with a pointed finger too, so you know it's SRS BZNS ...
