This is a negligent act on the part of this administration.

Funny, I was just thinking how refreshing it is to have that info out so we can move forward to rebuild our prior long reputation as a civilized country.

And BTW it would have come out anyway. Better to make it voluntary than ordered by a court.

How does it give them an advantage?

No, all it did was obscure what has been done to keep them out of trouble. Not a particularly good reason to mark something 'secret'.
