That is very interesting. The Thomas Moore Law Center has been pretty successful in its litigation efforts.

I bet Napolitano and Obama didn't see this coming.

You can just imagine how they threw together their preemptive offensive against the Tea Parties at the last second. A bunch of Obamatons are sitting around in their echo chamber and finally decide to get out ahead of the Tea Parties to throw a monkey wrench.

So Obama's TOTUS gets programmed with a recycled, watered down version of his speeches supporting Porkulus, and Janet quickly finishes off her hachet job of a so-called advisory. Meanwhile,
the Kooky Cajun calls all his frat rat buddies in the MSM and encourages them to make stupid teabag jokes and to disparage anyone attending a protest.

Yuck. Yuck. Yuck.

I hope the plaintiffs draw a good judge. These issues are serious and the Obama administration needs an early lesson.
