If that is all you wanted it would have been easy to ask without all your childish insults. You could have looked it up yourself.

Expected Key Deliverables
Reduced CO2 emissions to atmosphere and production of food-grade CO2

Key Project Tasks
On-going commercial production of food-grade CO2

Project Summary
A portion of the large Prosint methanol plant, that manufactures methanol via ICI technology, comprises a gas-fired boiler plant. This features a Fluor Econamine FGSM unit that scrubs CO2 from the flue gases. Approximately 90 t/d of food-grade CO2 are produced.

Natural gas is supplied to the plant from the Campos offshore fields by a medium pressure feeder pipeline from the Petrobras natural gas processing facility in the Duque de Caxias refinery. The Prosint methanol plant consists of two reforming/syngas trains, one based on a Foster Wheeler terraced-wall reformer capable of producing a maximum of about 150 mtpd (165 stpd) methanol equivalent syngas, and a second based on a Davy top-fired reformer capable of producing a maximum of about 280 mtpd (308stpd) methanol equivalent syngas.

In mid-1996 Prosint reached an agreement with AGA whereby Prosint would build a 90 mtpd (99 stpd) flue-gas CO2 recovery unit and deliver the CO2 at low pressure via a short pipeline to the unit for CO2 compression, final purification, liquefaction and storage. The main market for the food grade CO2 produced is to soft drinks manufacturers in the area. The capacity of the units was established by mutual agreement between AGA and Prosint based on the estimated market penetration AGA could achieve and the availability of CO2 rich flue-gas within Prosint, bearing also in mind the need to build a minimum investment cost unit to permit low cost CO2 production.

The latter was achieved by careful process selection, (the use of 30 wt% MEA with inhibitor against the flue-gas oxygen component), and by the availability of some of the equipment needed. The unit produces the desired 90 mtpd (99 stpd) of CO2 and could probably achieve another 5-10% capacity but is basically limited either by flue-gas CO2 content/quantity or by the output required by AGA.

We also sell the captured carbon dioxide to the food and beverage industry for carbonation, dry ice production, fire suppression, flash freezing, waste water system pH control, winemaking, and agricultural uses.

I am still waiting for the link showing companies selling their waste CO2 to the beverage industry
