You always resurface to get your teeth kicked in again. This has been a wasted debate for you, but also others who must tolerate it.

Alas, you didn't...otherwise you would know that these appointments are NOT lifetime appointments. The only time the governor appoints a judge is when there is a mid-term retirement.

Otherwise these are 6 year terms and these justice must be elected by Minnesota voters.

You are wrong, as usual...deal with it.
