In this kind of market, few hold up. Hard to swim upstream. I do think we have a superficial view of what MCRE has underway. It may take time, but if you can live with a thin stock with limited support, pay-off could be delightful. I say this having just gotten off the phone to ssome friends who gave me some indication of what's going on at the Princeton facility. That may be where we'll eventually get the big bang.
