You may infer that if you wish, but personally, I don't see why the so-called Liberal Elite would be overly concerned with a movement that was able to turn out only 250,000 people nationwide on its big day. Of course, the demonstrators have deserve to be heard, and I haven't seen any evidence of any effort to suppress them. It was closer to 500,000 people, Allen, in hundreds of cities. And the so-called Liberal Elite has gone out of its way to mock the movement and suppress coverage. I've seen the Boston Globe give front page coverage to demonstrations of only a couple of hundred people - when they approved of the cause. Yesterday they refused to even send one of their own reporters to cover the 2500 people meeting near Boston Harbor in honor of the Boston Tea Party. They ran a wire service paragraph on it on page A13. When the Globe folds, I won't mourn them, though I subscribed to them for twenty years. CNN and MSNBC mocked the protests with sexual innuendo suitable for 13 year olds. You know, if you are honest about it, that if these had been pro-Obama protests the Liberal Elite would be hailing them as true democracy in action - and claiming that a million people marched. Instead they are loudly proclaiming that it was all astroturfed by Fox News. Well, the Left are the acknowledged experts on astroturfing. What does it mean? It means they are scared this might turn into something, that's what it means. You didn't see the Bush administration act this scared about the anti-war marches.
