<<HOW DOES IT GET PAID BACK! I <<

Steve, the economic theory is complicated. Economics is complicated, that is why they have PHD degrees in it. Paul Krugman and Stiglitz and Galbraith have worked out the math.

I cannot explain it to you, or do the math, just as I cannot do the math for relativity or quantum mechanics.

But I nkow the theories are correct.

I am putting my faith in Krugman, Stiglitz and Galbraith because I have read other ideas of theirs which I do understand and they seem sound to me.

At some point science gets beyond Joe the plumber and we need to start relying on our scientific community more and give them the respct they deserve. And start paying them adequately.

It is like global warming. Unless you know how to determine the difference between a methane molecule from the Amazon jungle and a methane molecule from the Arctic you do not have enough knowledge to even have a viable understanding of global warming.

The top economists and guys like Nassim Taleb are yelling at us that our largest danger is the massive complexity facing the human species and how do we guard againt it.

Listening to our scientists would sure be a good start!

PS: Joe the plumber knows diddly squat about the economy or global warming.
