10.4% non-performing assets against 6.8% equity to assets. Shelia, what took ya so long?

Doesn't look like they were public - so no shorting opportunity.

There are DOZENS of banks in this identical (or worse) situation. Why is FDIC moving so slowly? They forget how to do this?
