Bush has never denied his responsibility in these affairs, nor has he any reason to. However, your attempt at smearing his honor with false allegations has been exposed repeatedly. Try denying that, bucko.

Actually the documents show the Bush administration was very concerned with following the letter of the law.

No one will be prosecuted because 1) Democratic leaders were aware and approved and 2) the Obama administration will want to keep their own options open.
