No its very likely that they would be there in such force and controlling areas of Pakistan.

They might have even been there in greater force as many who opposed us (and where largely defeated) in Iraq may have gone to Pakistan or Afghanistan instead.

If they did, then how come the No.1 and No.2 of Al Queada are STILL out there

Because they are in hiding, and are smart enough and have enough support in certain places not to be easy targets. The connection between "really caring", and having bin Laden dead or captured is rather weak, such caring is neither necessary nor sufficient to get OBL, and not getting OBL is not a sign of any lack of concern or effort.

Bush made this "War on Terrorism" sound like WWII, but he left office with Hitler, Mussilini and Tojo STILL AROUND!!!!

Well I suppose if you want to firebomb and nuke Pakistan and send in millions of American soldiers after increasing our defense budget from about 4% of GDP to something like 40%...

That's how we got the enemy leaders in WWII.

Add to that that they didn't hide very well. Hitler committed suicide in his bunker while a huge Soviet army was nearly destroying Berlin. Mussolini was found by locals when he was trying to flee. Tojo Hideki's government's government surrendered, and he stayed in his house until military police grabbed him.
