Condi actually knows quite a bit about football. She's used several former NFL players as beards for her lesbianism, and seems to really know the game. She's even stated that she'd like to be NFL Commissioner. She seems to know a lot more about Football than statecraft.

Definitely a sexist comment. BTW the Football and other sports teams who get new stadiums get them from the largely democrat city councils. It isn't rape, it is consensual sex. The only people who are raped are the TAX PAYING citizens.
