Neil, You'll be better served by going through the Holland tunnel. From what I'm told, 140 Broadway is close to the World Trade Center. Broadway isn't far from the Holland tunnel, so you shouldn't have too much trouble. Good Luck and I'll see you there, Evan

Neil, Try mapquest.com and zoom in for a closer look. The green line on the left is the Holland Tunnel. If you cross over at the Lincoln Tunnel on exiting go straight to the dead end and make a right on W 42nd Street (no right turns on a red light) and follow this street until you come to Broadway. Make a right on Broadway and just look at addresses. It should be about 50 or 60 blocks on Broadway (approximately 3 miles). (You will pass Houston Street, Canal Street (in Chinatown), Chambers Street on the way) You will most likely need to find a garage to park in and it will cost you whatever profit you make in FTEL over the next 3 days.
