I'm not an expert, but the Green book is plainer and a couple of months older. The Green and Red were both published in 1870 and I've ordered numerous copies for myself and others. Anyone who recieves a Tennyson book from me can be sure I will ask them what color it is.

Just took a run up the Grande Ronde River to Starkey today after riding in the Adams Day Parade (shortest parade ever - about 150 yards). I've never seen the river at such a level. Then again, I've never been through there so early in the season.

A friend had lettering on his windshield - "Obama Stole My Prosperity" I was LOL over that. He said it might offend some, and I told him he didn't want to be around the people who would be offended by a true statement such as that.

We came home by way of OR 244 (past the spot where my daughter "got her first deer" and then back on US 395 through Pilot Rock and Pendleton.

All in all, a good 250 mile day.
