gad, you are now quoting random actors of no particular merit?

his quotation can only be attributed to the honest debate that is going on, nothing more.

whereas in other locales, no debate, as rights substituted for freedom and then rolled back, welcomed by the plebs.

btw, you do note that he attributes the 'chaos' of hk to 'too much freedom', per my earlier dialogue with maurice mq regarding just the right amount of freedom without excess, do you not?

that is because hk is the freest place in the universe and wealthiest locale in the galaxy ;0)

BOAO, China (Dow Jones)--China should be more active a participant the international commodity price-setting mechanisms and seek a "bigger say" in the pricing process, as it is one of the world's biggest consumers of raw materials, said a top government official Sunday.

"China needs to play an active role in pricing the global raw material products, through overseas trade and investment," said Zhang Xiaoqiang, vice chairman of China's National Reform and Development Commission at Boao forum Asia, a regional political and business summit.

"Chinese firms need to join the [commodities] price talks actively," he added.
