Frank can say whatever he wants, but I think Geithner's view that WE (the taxpayers), after keeping these financial institutions "alive" should be able to set caps. on their compensation.

It disgusts me to think that my tax dollars are being pumped into these companies through the front door in bailouts, then snuck out the backdoor through employee multi-million dollar bonuses.
