Stephen Roach is correct and the big players know it. When the Fed does tighten it'll be more than 25 basis points.

Roach misses mentioning one element in all this. There are some sizable enterprises in Latin and South America that have multiples built on expected trade with East Asia, e.g. agricultural and wood products.

Some will plummet hard over all this and will be a while recovering, which is to say...no bounce.
