Hi Leland, re >>Just curious as to whether or not you are short the S&P's and or the bonds at the current time? I stopped posting the trades since there did not seem to be any interest. I am short the S& P futures and long the bonds; went short the futures last Friday -- did not get optimal entry because the futures opened limit down, but the position is now making a decent profit. Will look to go flat the futures when I have a 40 point gain. Am also long the Nov 910 puts, from quite a while back -- but this is for protection against my long positions in equities. >>How is your index trading program coming along? It's working fine except for the losses that I took as I was whip-sawed back and forth, just before going short. Just have to stay with the system--and it works out in the long run. Looks like we are headed to 7400 in short order
