They have the money. The FEDS don't! Get a grip! Texas can spend it on hookers if they want! It isn't my money! Goodness didn't know this was such an issue with you. My only point is that if a conservative place like Texas can put their money into such things - what sense does it make complaining what the fed government will do? As to not having the money; well we didn't have it when Bush and the republicans were in charge either - AND we had a roaring economy then. ........Did you watch the republican govner from California talk this morning? Makes Obama look very conservative! GW and CO2 and auto restrictions!
