Cuba has always been ready to deal. Had we traded with them 35 years ago, Castro would have been long gone, IMHO.

I don't see why Cuba can't be a commie/socialist Dominican Republic of sorts.

The US policy of nation building into little Malls all around the world certainly isn't getting the job done.
