There is never any incentive for government to shrink and streamline itself. I don't expect a socialist community organizer with a Harvard law degree to be an effective driver for bureaucratic efficiency.

Obama was a community organizer. Adding 'socialist' to it is the latest gimmick from the right. You would think you could do better.
