The first time secession was an issue, the South wanted to preserve their "right" to enslave Blacks.

The second time was when the U.S. Government forced the south to integrate Blacks and Whites.

Now America has elected her first Black President and guess what, we're hearing about secession again.

A coincidence i'm sure...
