No, it isn't. Napolitano abused virtually every value that I hold. Based on that policy I might be under investigation because all those single issues add up and I have opinions on them.

I'm not sure what you think the Obama administration believes, but I'm confident that they are aware that terrorism and man made disasters are two different things.
