SB,

I believe your prediction will be accurate.

An old girlfriend took a real beating when she and her husband had to sell their place in Socal in 93. They thought they bought the bottom in 91, but that was not the case.

I read a number of blogs on Socal real estate and they are predicting at least a rollback to 02. We are no where near 02 levels on the West Side from Marina Del Ray on North.

Keep me posted on your thoughts and any trends you identify.

Maybe I'll save enough on a joint with an ocean view that I won't have to worry about taxes and living on Kraft Mac and Cheeze <g>
