Freedom of assembly doesn't include organized prayer in a public building..... I'm sure that if you and your friends stood somewhere in a public building and prayed quietly without disturbing anyone else there would be no objection... But that doesn't seem to satisfy the religionists....

Freedom of speech? of religion? of assembly?

Shep wouldn't have a problem if they were in public making obscene gestures, loaded, stumbling around in grotesque outfits, and defaming politicians or religious folk (Mardi Gras).

Prayer is not allowed in public, since when? And for God's sake why? Shepard must be stumbling drunk stupid again. He gets that way this time of night.
