Invest in young women and the rewards will be great! If all third world countries had invested a fraction of what they have been investing in tertiary education, in giving basic education to poor young women, those countries would not be in the dire straits they are today.

My theory is that the young women would be in a far better position to educate their children, thus creating a better population.

The ONLY reason I am wrting here today, is because my mother was a primary teacher in Brazil's North East and valued education.

Once I discovered that education was a tool of the Brazilian elites, to advance their case, I dropped out and educated myself.
