Oh, I see.. Having the Antarctic ice shelf, where 80% of the planet's fresh water is located, thicken will have no effect on ice elsewhere in the world? Doesn't matter that moisture is being "locked up" as precipitation on the continent?

So I guess having all that ice melt will have no effect on ocean levels either?
