Ken and RK,
Following this company and management missteps has been frustrating! The promise of this delivery system has always been intriguing as to the host of applications. With this delay today, I just don't see how they will be able to remain independent....one could hope that J&J would come back into the picture.

I spent some time this weekend looking at various stocks for some rebalancing that I need to do.......after pouring over Barron's to get some basic data and then more indepth research I came up with a short list. One of them was (JAVA)....now if I had only done this Friday....with news out today! (:<) Appears I'm a day late!

Just by chance...do either of you follow AMLN?

I double checked and Kingbridge's latest Dec08 funding deal w/DSCO is at a min. price of $.60/shr. I thought it was like $1 (The May08 deal $1.15/shr min). Good memory as always. DECO can still draw up to like 15m shares with the Dec08 deal as long as the price stays over $.60. Maybe Kingbridge is out there shorting today. Sell high, buy low.
