His partners? To name one Soros, to name more the MSM. The main stream media support a fascist socialism as it ensures their survival. They know that during and after radical transition the fascist government will need the familiar talking heads to assure them they made the right choices and that nothing has really changed.

They need the familiar talking heads to help the public doublethink their pain into blissful happiness.
