If you were really interested in the topic and read the reports I posted you'd see that countries with better or equally regarded care systems also have much lower costs.

I'm interested in the topic but I also understand the issues.

That's the difference between your interpretation and mine. For example, you quoted the following paragraph:

"Elsewhere in the world, healthcare systems are much less reliant on private sector support--and much less expensive. For example, the U.S. system costs 83 percent more per capita than the Canadian system, where public funds collected through taxes pay for up to 70 percent of healthcare coverage. "

But you make no mention at all of the fact that the wheels are coming off of the Canadian health care system. That the person who, more than any other, was the driving force behind its creation, has proclaimed it an abject failure. That wait times are out of control to the point that Canadians who can afford it routinely come HERE to get their health care -- even though they're paying for Canadian services with their tax dollars. That routine procedures such as CT scans can take months, MRIs more months (6 months on average), routine X-rays (chest X-ray, for example) can take WEEKS -- all of these things are available in near real-time in the United States.

That is, you're comparing the US health care system, the best health care system in the world, with a system that is known to be far less effective.

Anyone can look shit up with Google. But you've done nothing to understand the underlying issues and what are true remedies for it versus what are nutjob liberal talking points.

This libshit is easy.
