Hello Dan and all, As i see it the world wide markets are in a real turmoile at this time DOW off 172 points XAU down 4 points, Placer and Barrick off $1.50 . A Deflatioary accadent is a happining. The tradeing in and out of BGO is comeing to an end ,the deals been made the company is now in my opinion an excellent longer term hold leveraged to the price of gold which may very well be bottoming out. Yes, they could have made a better deal but in this enviorment they did what they needed to do to secure there survivel over the comeing months till gold turns around, while being able to develope there other projects ECM will now come to the for as BGO is now going to be able to chart it;s own corse on a number of other excellent projects as well. There capital will carry them much further along in development of there smaller projects. All and all Bema will have left this day a far stronger company with the staying power to be around when gold become vogue again and it will.Servivel of the species was the paramount issue to address at this time. Anyways just my opinion. Regards Ron Pitts
