We have a Ham Hock in the freeze. I had to toss a lot of dry mushrooms [even Morels] and peppers cuz the bugs loved em. They were even in a air tight plastic container.

where on earth do you find 'camellia' red beans? never heard of them made some white chile the other day with ground turkey sausage (hot) and canneloni beans that was excellent (soaked and rinsed repeatedly for 24 hours....that seemed to do the trick) :)
