That's 14.5 cents only for long distance calls at any time. I don't believe they offer local service to residential customers, yet.
I currently have their long distance plan, because I rather give a few dollars to Winstar everymonth instead of AT&T, MCI or SPrint!!

In for the long haul, in for 100 more shares today!!!!
