Inode, Ted is a typical liberal. If you drive into a lake, it's the government's fault for not stopping you in time or for building a road that leads you into a lake.

Just like if you drive off of a road and into a tree, it's the government's fault for not putting up enough barriers to protect you from going off the road.

Must be nice living in a world where there is no personal responsibility.

I've driven here daily for about 25 years of my life, on just about every road or highway, and on a great many logging roads in the state.

Never once have I accidentally ended up in a lake.

That's completely and totally irrelevant.

The lake is a small one, and there are a couple of well-traveled roads that descend into the lake, but I don't know how anyone could do this accidentally.

So then, you are accusing the mother of murder. AMIRITE?
