Now some positive spin. If they expect to sell 3M shares, they must either pick a very good underwriter, have some exciting news to be released, or Mr CEO is going to buy them all. Uh huh, he just sold some shares at $29 in September, now he is going to buy them back at $25. What a savvy investor he is!!!

Jim, where did you find the news that SNDK files to sell 3M shares? I couldn't find any SEC filing anywhere.
