Since we started to torture, has the number of global terrorists diminished or grown? My guess is it has diminished substantially. But that's neither here nor there. One could much more sensibly say the success of 9/11 in severely injuring the United States triggered growth in the number of terrorists. However, Bush was successful in killing terrorists and making them run for the hills, so there is no evidence either way. Which was the question I asked.
