tend to think that trade with other countries is what is most important but see little movement in this direction.

This is wise, we have to have something that other countries want though. So any effort to restructure along this thinking I favor. One of our most promising areas of opportunity is in our biotech industry. That though takes massive investment in education. Listen to Austin Goolsbee from the Obama administration if you get a chance as he is as sharp as they come along this thinking. ......Another area that offers almost unlimited opportunity is in alternate energy. Even if you don't like it, the rest of the world does. Why not develop and produce this technology and sell to them?
