I've used it a few times. You basically just hit your shot, press the "Shot" button at that spot, walk to where the ball is, and it will tell you how far you hit it. That's been a very helpful feature too.

This one is the most basic of models. It doesn't have nearly the features as some of them, but I wanted something I could wear on me versus having to attach it to my push cart or what-not.
