It's a bad thing to waste trillions of taxpayer dollars in a foolish attempt to prop-up real estate prices at above market prices, just as it was a good thing to spend taxpayer dollars to stop Hitler. If your real estate commissions are too small currently, please just ask for a new welfare program for real estate agents. A welfare program for real estate agents would be far less costly for the taxpayer and far less damaging to the real estate market. .
